Starter process for owner and legal review before launch.

Every design published on Zen Vibes has a recorded rights status. We do not publish files when their origin is unclear. If you still believe a page infringes your work, we want to hear from you.

How to report

Email contact@zenvibes.com with the subject line "Rights report" and include:

  1. The full address of the page and the title of the design in question.
  2. A description of the original work you own, with a link or attachment showing it.
  3. Your name and a way to reach you.
    1. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized, and that the information you provided is accurate.

What happens next

We confirm reports within two business days. While we review, we remove the reported design from the collection and from search. If the report is confirmed, the design stays down and its rights record is marked rejected. If the design is found to be original and unrelated, we will explain why and restore it.

Counter-notices

If a design of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our notice with the reason and any supporting material, and we will review it again.
