Privacy Policy

Starter policy for owner and legal review before launch. The site is likely to be used by and around children, so any future analytics or advertising must be reviewed against the rules that apply to child audiences before it is switched on.

What we collect

By default, nothing that identifies you. Zen Vibes has no accounts, no comments, and no newsletter, and browsing never asks for a name, age, or email address.

If you use the contact form, we receive the name (optional), email address, and message you type, delivered to our inbox by our email provider. We use your address only to reply, and the website itself stores none of it.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and reliability. These logs are not used to build profiles.

Analytics and session recordings

We use PostHog, an analytics service, to understand how people use the site so we can decide what to draw next and fix pages that are confusing. It records:

• The pages you visit, the PDFs you open or download, the words you type into our search box, and the links and buttons you click.
• Roughly where you are (country and city, worked out from your network address) and your browser and device type.
• A replay of your visit: how the page looked, where you scrolled, and where you clicked. Anything you type into a form field (such as the contact form) is masked and never appears in a replay.

PostHog does not follow you to other websites and does not sell this data. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we record nothing at all.

Cookies and local storage

The analytics service sets a first-party cookie, and stores a matching random visitor id in your browser's local storage, so it can tell one visit from the next and recognize a returning browser. The cookie is set by this site only, is not shared with advertisers, and contains no personal details. You can delete it or block cookies in your browser settings; the site works the same either way. Your browser may also keep a small amount of local data for convenience settings such as a recently used filter.

PDFs and images

Coloring pages are served as ordinary files from our storage provider. Downloading a PDF does not require an account and is not tied to you.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact contact@zenvibes.com and we will delete it.
