If you need a calm fall page for a little kid, pumpkins are an easy win. This set starts with big, friendly shapes, like One Big Pumpkin, Tall Pumpkin, and a Smiling Pumpkin that feels made for a first box of crayons. The early pages keep the color key short and the spaces wide, so a preschooler can follow along without much help.
A few pages add just enough extra detail to keep older kids with you. Pumpkin Pair and Pumpkin in a Bucket still feel simple, while Pumpkin Stack and Pumpkin and Acorns bring in a little more to look at. Our favorite is Pumpkin in a Straw Hat, which has a cozy, harvest-day feel without getting too busy. At the fuller end, Pumpkin Wagon gives kids who like a longer sit something to settle into.
Compared with Halloween, this set stays sweet and not spooky. Compared with Thanksgiving, it is simpler and more centered on one familiar shape, which makes it handy for little hands, quick table work, or a quiet fall afternoon for the grown-up who likes easy color by number pages.

Print at actual size on plain paper. The simplest pumpkin pages work well with crayons, and the fuller ones are nice with colored pencils.
These pages work well when you want autumn without ghosts, turkeys, or a whole scene to manage. A single pumpkin, a bow, a bucket, and a few acorns keep the pictures familiar and easy to read.
For the youngest kids, start with One Big Pumpkin or Tall Pumpkin. If they want something that still feels friendly but gives them a bit more to do, move to Pumpkin Stack or Pumpkin Wagon after that.
Pumpkins fit a lot of settings. A teacher can use them during a fall theme, and at home they are easy to hand to siblings because the set has both very simple pages and a couple that hold attention longer.
