EDITS/CANCELLATION POLICY IMPORTANT:
Emails are reviewed right before daily order processing begins. If we don’t receive your email for order edits or cancellation before this, your order will be processed with the rest. Please make any cancellations, order changes, or shipping address updates within 3 hours of placing your order by emailing us at support@ourshop.com OR before our ordering team processes it – whichever comes first. We cannot accommodate changes after this. Orders that have been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process BEFORE shipping, with most orders shipping within 24 hours. We will send an email or SMS (depending on your preference at checkout) with shipping confirmation and tracking details. Estimated delivery times from shipping date are as follows:
USA: 7-20 working days
CANADA: 7-14 working days
UK, IRELAND, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND: 7-13 working days
EUROPE: 7-15 working days
SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA: 7-14 working days
REST OF THE WORLD: 15-30 working days Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays. Most orders arrive within 21 days. We do not guarantee shipping timeframes, and we can only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from the purchase date if they aren’t reshipped. Due to logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may be shipped separately. Keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
UNDELIVERABLE MAIL
We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please ensure the correct shipping details are provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at support@ourshop.com within 3-6 hours of placing the order OR before the order has been processed. If the shipping address is correct, we cannot accept liability for lost or stolen items confirmed as successfully delivered by USPS/your local carrier. Customers can file a claim with usps.com or their local carrier in such cases.
RETURNED MAIL
If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, we are not responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will contact you for the correct address, and you will need to repay shipping and handling costs before we resend the package.
ITEMS LOST BY POSTAL SERVICE
We are not responsible for postal service errors. If your package hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international deliveries), contact us at support@ourshop.com, and we will investigate the delay. Thank you for your understanding.
REFUSED/UNCLAIMED MAIL
Orders that are refused by the recipient or unclaimed for any reason will not be refunded.
CUSTOMS & TAXES
Our shop is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that your local government may apply to your order upon delivery, such as VAT.
