If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition as it was received.
Please note that zen gardens and open tea products are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@zenvibes.com with a picture of the item and an explanation of the issue.
Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the return address.
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item to us.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in the same condition as it was received.
After that, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within seven business days. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and we do not refund the original shipping cost.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
